Yes, we will always endeavor to supply the exact product as advertised.
If we are unable to do this due to circumstances beyond our control we will only ever substitute it with an alternative product of equal or superior quality .
Please advise us if you do not wish to have a substitution made.
Your confirmation email will be in invoice format and will show a detailed breakdown of your transaction.
If for any reason you should need to return an item to us please do so within 14 days.
Once the goods are returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging will will issue a full refund to your card.
Refunds to your card can take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement.
Please note original delivery charges will not be refunded.
It is our intention to only include “in stock” items on our website at any time.
If products prove popular we may advertise that they are expected back in stock at a given date.
If you are interested in an item which is expected back in stock please let us know.
We are currently only shipping to addresses within the island of Ireland.
